How to receive Support for NewsMerge?

As NewsMerge has become totally FREE with version 2.2, we changed our policy: we no longer provide free support (see below for exceptions for already registered users). We think this is a fair move and of advantage for allmost all (if not all) NewsMerge users. Should you be in need of support, please see our support options page for further details. Please also note that you can request feature enhancements. We will gladly provide you with a quote for implementing them.

If you are a registered NewsMerge user, you are entitled for free email support until the end of 2005. To request it, contact the support alias and specify your license name and key in your support request. If you are an UpgradeInsurance customer, free email support is provided up to 6 month after the expiration of your contract. In this case, specify your UpgradeInsurance ID inside the mail.
